Normally I find that most lists that contains a fixed list of items that will make you better at this or that to be of very limited value. I was however happy to come across the link below. This insideCRM.com article contains 101 rules with many rules that I wholeheartedly agree with, and quite a few that I had not considered before but that I think are quite good. Many management books use over 101 pages to get to the same advice so I do think it’s well worth the time reading this article.
